^ Yours truly, doing important R&D.
Three Tigers Brewing Co. is celebrating our anniversary in a big way over six days beginning Tuesday, April 17. If you are unaware of our music line up, you should check it out on our Happenings Calendar. We have special musical performances, dinner specials, kitchen takeovers, and, of course, beer.
We will be releasing two delightful brews that would be welcome at any party, Spicoli’s Van (9% abv) and Cinnamon Raisin French Toast Imperial Stout (10% abv). Details below.
Spicoli’s Van Double IPA 9% ABV
UPDATE: Now releasing April 20 at 4pm
Fast Times at Ridgemont High (1982), screenplay written by Cameron Crowe, is an epic stoner movie, a high school romp through sex, drugs and rock n' roll in the early ’80s. Sean Penn stars as Jeff “stoned since the 3rd grade” Spicoli and showcased many young stars-to-be including Jennifer Jason Lee, Judge Reinhold, Pheobe Cates (that pool scene), Forest Whitaker, Nicolas Cage, and more. Spicoli’s Van is our homage to Penn’s character. It’s a double IPA brewed with hemp flour, rice, and fermented with sake yeast. It’s awesomely super hoppy and the hemp flour adds dankness and earthiness. Aloha Mr. Hand.

Cinnamon Raisin French Toast Imperial Stout 10% ABV
UPDATE: Now releasing April 18 at 4pm
We have a passion for stouts and this Cinnamon Raisin French Toast Imperial Stout is so good in so many ways. It’s an imperial milk stout brewed with caramelized raisins, vanilla bean, and cinnamon. It is a candidate for the most important meal of the day.
